Flammable Gas Alarm Controller

ES2000(sc) combustible gas alarm controller (hereinafter referred to as controller) is a branch system controller which could be connected to combustible detectors. It can be combined into a set of gas alarm control system with our company’s gas detector. Controller can be installed in controlling room and other safe monitoring places, which provide power supply to site gas detector, receive output current signal 4～20mA from detector. Controller can display gas type, density, fault and alarm information at real time. When detected gas density at site reaches or excesses the set value, controller will issue audial, visual alarm signal and initiates corresponding relay action, so as to avoid major accident. Controller has RS485 interface to monitor the whole controlling system as upper monitor. When the product is matched with ExSaf ES2000T(sc) flammable gas detector to composed to be intrinsic safety explosion-proof system, controller can only be installed in safety area, detector can be installed in dangerous area. The system can automatically initiates the continuous audible and visual alarm signal in pump chamber, engineer control room, product control room and drive room when hydrocarbon gas density is no more than 10%LEL of flammable gas LEL.
